Petrie Polo boots The characteristic feature of the Petrie Polo is the zip fastening at the front. The shaft fits snugly around the ankle. A second feature is that the boot has a lower heel counter. This reduces pressure on the ankle and increases comfort (in contrast to dressage boots, which have a higher heel counter), making this boot ideal for training. The boot is fully lined with calf leather and has a fastening strap at the front near the zipper. The arch of the shaft is 5 cm. Because the boot is cut as slim as possible around the ankle, slippage of the foot will be minimal and the shaft will fit snugly.
